How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 7–14 business days depending on your location. We ship from overseas suppliers, so international delivery times may vary. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Kitcher is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — keep an eye on our store for the latest offers.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status. Please allow 2–5 business days after dispatch for tracking information to update.
What if my package is lost or delayed?
If your package has not arrived within 30 days of your order date, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. Kitcher is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to carrier issues, customs, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
🔄 Returns
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. To initiate a return, please contact us through our website with your order number and reason for return.
What items cannot be returned?
We cannot accept returns on items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, items that have come into contact with food or hot oil cannot be returned.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
💰 Refunds
How do I request a refund?
To request a refund, contact us through our website with your order number and the reason for your request. Refund requests are reviewed within 2–3 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
How long does a refund take?
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, your order may have already been dispatched and cannot be cancelled. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel, and we will do our best to help.
Will I receive a full refund?
Eligible returns will receive a full refund of the product price. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
